Grated veggies (zucchini, carrot, spinach) 1 cup
Chickpea flour (besan) 1/2 cup
Chopped onions 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Water (as needed for batter)
Oil for shallow frying

Steps Involved

Step - 01
