Bananas, mashed 2 ripe
Rolled oats 1 cup
Almond flour or whole wheat flour 1/2 cup
Baking soda 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Eggs 2
Maple syrup 2 tbsp
Optional: walnuts or dark chocolate chips

No almond flour? Use whole wheat or oat flour

Steps Involved

Step - 01

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin.

Step - 02

Mash bananas and mix with eggs and maple syrup.

Step - 03

Stir in oats, flour, protein powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.

Step - 04

Spoon into muffin cups and top with optional mix-ins.

Step - 05

Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
