These soft, chewy, and rich chocolate protein cookies are made with Chocofuel cocoa protein powder — giving you a boost of protein without sacrificing flavor. They’re naturally sweetened, gluten-free (if using oat or almond flour), and perfect for satisfying chocolate cravings while staying on track with your fitness goals.

Chocofuel cocoa protein powder 1 scoop
Oat flour 1/2 cup
Natural peanut butter 1/4 cup
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp
Honey or maple syrup 3 tbsp
Egg 1
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Milk, as needed for dough consistency 1-2 tbsp
A pinch of salt
Ingredients Substitution
Nut butter Use sunflower seed butter or tahini instead of peanut butter
Flour Try almond flour or whole wheat flour instead of oat flour
Sweetener Honey/maple syrup can be replaced with stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit syrup
Egg Use a flax egg or chia egg (1 tbsp seeds + 3 tbsp water) instead of a regular egg

Steps Involved

Step - 01

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Step - 02

In a bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, egg, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.

Step - 03

In another bowl, mix protein powder, oat flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

Step - 04

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well. If too dry, add milk 1 tbsp at a time. Fold in chocolate chips if you like.

Step - 05

Scoop 2 tbsp of dough for each cookie. Flatten slightly on the baking sheet. Bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack.
