Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, egg, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.

In another bowl, mix protein powder, oat flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well. If too dry, add milk 1 tbsp at a time. Fold in chocolate chips if you like.

Scoop 2 tbsp of dough for each cookie. Flatten slightly on the baking sheet. Bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack.
