1. User Eligibility and Account Management

1.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. 2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1 Ownership: All material on this Site (“Material”), including but not limited to text, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, audio clips, graphics, interfaces, and the compilation thereof, as well as the trademarks, logos, and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on the Site, are protected by copyrights and other intellectual property rights. These are either owned and controlled by Vitascend Health Private Limited or by other parties that have licensed their material to us.3 The brand name “Pure and Better” and the website “pureandbetter.health” are owned by Vitascend Health Private Limited.

3. Product Information, Usage, and Disclaimers (Specific to Nutraceuticals)
3.1 Nature of Products: Products offered on the Site by Pure and Better are nutraceuticals and health supplements. As per the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulations, these products are classified as “foods” and are intended to provide physiological benefits and help maintain good health.5
3.2 Mandatory Disclaimer: Every package of a Pure and Better nutraceutical product, and prominently on the Site where products are displayed, carries the advisory warning: “NOT FOR MEDICINAL USE“.5
3.3 Claims Restrictions: Our products cannot claim to prevent, treat, or cure any human disease, nor can they imply such properties through pictures, vignettes, or symbols. Such claims are considered akin to drugs and do not fall under the ambit of FSSAI.5 Statements related to the body’s structure, function, or general well-being may be allowed only if supported by generally accepted scientific data.5
3.4 No Medical Advice: The information provided on this Site, including product descriptions, is for general wellness or nutritional support purposes only and is not intended to be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.3 You should not rely on any of the Material on this Site and instead should seek professional medical advice before taking any action or determining not to take any action, especially concerning any health conditions.3
3.5 Usage and Warnings: Users are advised not to exceed the recommended daily usage of any product. 4. Order Placement, Payment, Shipping, and Returns
4.1 Order Acceptance: Your placement of an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the products. All orders are subject to acceptance by Vitascend Health. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention department.
4.2 Payment: We accept various payment methods as indicated on the Site. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and shipping fees).
4.3 Shipping and Delivery:
* We will make a maximum of two (2) attempts to deliver the product at the address indicated as the delivery point at the time of placing the order. After two attempts, the order may be cancelled, and refunds will be processed as per our refund policy.
* All deliveries sent to residential or commercial spaces may require a receipt signature for authentication. We take no responsibility for shipment receipt signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product or someone appointed by you to receive the order at the delivery address.

7.4 Alternative Dispute Resolution: We encourage alternative dispute resolution methods like mediation for efficient resolution of disputes, aligning with the Consumer Protection Act’s emphasis on simplified dispute resolution.
